Our Pigments
“Nine grades, one chemistry.”
See what we make
Copper phthalocyanine in every form the market asks for: crude for pigment makers who condition in-house, alpha and beta blues for inks and coatings, epsilon for the reddest shade in the family, and phthalo greens 7 and 36. Open a family for its grades, or read the full specification table below.

Grade specifications
Every grade we make, with its Colour Index name and number, CAS number, formula and crystal form.
Figures are typical values, not a specification sheet. Ask for the certificate of analysis for a specific batch.
The chemistry
One molecule. Nine grades.
Every Neel pigment is copper phthalocyanine. Crystal form, surface treatment and particle size decide which process a grade survives, and chlorinating the same ring turns the blue into Pigment Green 7.
- In-house conversion. CPC crude is conditioned to α form by acid pasting and to β form by salt milling at our own plant.
- Matched, then released. Shade, strength and fastness are tested against a retained standard on every batch.
- PCB & ODCB reported. The impurities regulated in phthalocyanine chemistry appear on every certificate of analysis.
