CPC crude is conditioned to alpha form by acid pasting and to beta form by salt milling on our own lines. Crystal form, surface treatment and particle size stay in our hands rather than a third party's.

Who we are
Neel Overseas is a manufacturer and exporter of copper phthalocyanine pigments, based in Gujarat, India and supplying countries. We make CPC blue crude, alpha, beta and epsilon blues, and phthalo greens 7 and 36, the blues and greens that colour coatings, printing inks, plastics and textiles.
We are a small company by design. When you write to us you reach the export desk directly, and the person who answers can walk to the plant and ask about your batch.
How we work
Three habits decide whether a pigment supplier is worth keeping.
Matched, then released
Shade, tinting strength and fastness are tested against a retained standard on every batch. Nothing ships until it matches the standard you approved, and the retained sample stays with us for your repeat order.
Reported, not hidden
PCB and ODCB content, the impurities regulated in phthalocyanine chemistry, appear on every certificate of analysis, next to shade and strength. Limited suitability is stated rather than glossed over.
