What happens to the details you send us
What we collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, email and phone number, and, if you choose to give them, your company, country, website, the grade you are interested in, an estimated quantity, and your message.
The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of delivering them.
Why we collect it
- To reply to your enquiry, send samples, and prepare a quotation.
- To keep a record of our correspondence with you as a customer or prospective customer.
We never sell your details, and we never add you to a mailing list without asking.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to business are deleted after 24 months. Customer records are kept for as long as tax and export regulations require.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time. We handle personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and, for visitors from the European Union, the GDPR.
